I love Cupbop! A to go bowl with yummy meat, rice, and noodles?? Perfect. I took my family today so they could try for the first time. We ordered five cupbops, and when we got home, realized that one was wrong (they put chicken instead of pork). We live nearby so we went back and asked if we could have the order corrected. I asked for more noodles than rice and when I get home with the replacement, 70% OF THE BOWL IS RICE. What’s up with that?? And there was hardly any meat. Why are they being stingy with the meat now? I’m so disappointed. How do you get an order wrong twice in a row? Cupbop, or at least this location, is not what it was. This is the original Cup Bop. Near BYU. The location is outside with tables under a gazebo. Manager and chef were friendly & awesome. We got two CupBop krunch bowls. They were outstanding. The chicken katsu was perfectly cooked, the cabbage fresh, the rice a perfect consistency, and the sweet potato glass noodles were yummy. They got "slammed" by online pickup orders when I was there (Mon at 1:00 pm), so I had a 30 minute wait (normally 10 minutes), but the food is sooo good, it was worth the wait. Plus they were so kind, they gave me two orders of Mando...outstanding!!! This is an amazing restaurant! They have really tasty food, and I loved all of the customization options for the cupbops. I thought their meet was cooked really well as well. There is a small outdoor section where you can go eat - there aren’t a ton of seats but it was perfect for our group of four. They have a student discount of 10% if you show your BYU id. I had a great experience here!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cupbop Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
