We used to go to Swagath for our curry fix. Unfortunately due to change in ownership and front line staff, things have really changed. On several occasions we went there, we were told that the manager is sleeping. Since we found Curry Place we will never go back to Swagath. The food is awesome and the service from Raj is out of this world. I will never order Uber Eats or Mr D. You are missing out on something incredible if you don't go there for a sit down meal.

I just ordered the chicken samosas and lamb curry from this establishment via uber eats, and i'm sorry but that was one of the worst meals I've had from an Indian restaurant in years. The chicken samoosa's dough was so thick and dry and not appetizing, and even with that aside, it was so salty I couldn't eat it any further. Then my "lamb curry"was watery and it was just lamb cooked in a sweet chutney sauce, no curry and not appetizing at all. I just couldn't stomach finishing that meal. What a waste of R178.00 for food that went straight to the bin. I complained with uber eats and they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it.

Ordered food from this joint through Mr D and got the food really fast. Because of the packing the food spilled over a bit. Food was definitely tasty. Just loved the food. Good work team !!
