I usually don't make reviews but God put it on my heart to share . I recently had one of the worst experiences of racism ever coming here. I'm an Oakland County resident who's has a heart as pure as gold and love ppl for the most part! Last week I went into Wingstop to grab a bite to eat for my family while waiting for our food I asked my 4 yr would she like an Ice cream cone and of course she did so we decided to stroll down the street ! The line was pretty long and it was a beautiful day outside so I thought everything would have been delicious and was excited we both love Ice cream!!! It was finally our turn to order and we pretty clear what we wanted which was a small cup of vanilla ice cream with waffle cone on top so that my 4 yr old wouldn't make an huge mess ! The cashier was so friendly to everyone before me but me not so friendly her face turned blood shot red and she instantly was pretty meh my order came up to about 3 dollars and some change .I gave her an 5 dollar bill she gave me 2 dollars back but barely wanted to put it correctly in my hand with no receipt and asked me to step to the side while my order gotten prepared and I did just that with a smile and still remained respectful and nice to the young lady ! I started to noticed everyone behind myself were receiving their ice cream! Without an attitude I gently walked up and said Hi I was over to the side you guys might've forgotten with a smile still she walked off without an word an young guy came to the window an asked what was your order I told him still with an positive attitude he said ok then another young guy with braces walked up with a smile saying here you go with an chocolate dipped ice cream I respectfully said that's not my order everyone behind me said that's not theirs as well. An older guy came to the window and asked what was my order still in the most peaceful voice ever I responded just a small cup of vanilla ice cream with an waffle cone on top he said we don't see your order nowhere I instantly felt sadden because I paid for it and I didn't think it would have been that big of a deal . The young lady was looking right at me with a look that could kill not saying anything. It was a couple there who saw everything and asked them what was it that I had order they were so sweet they told them they didn't know so the lady said to them whatever we wanted her and her husband was going to get it! I told them Bless their hearts and I appreciated them but no need I wouldn't want anything from this place and it's bigger than me it's an spiritual attack and I don't want no parts of it they apologized to me the couple did for this place actions to my daughter and I we hugged and and I told them God bless them but it wasn't their fault.... I cried about it later because I've never encountered anything so harsh with racism I've went to Catholic school and loved it and still do another group of folks told my daughter she was beautiful and also said sorry to us ... I didn't even make a fuss to this place about the few dollars I just wanted to get my child and myself away .... Yeah so no review on how delicious the ice cream tasted because they didn't even give me a chance to .... Praying for better days

First off I can assure you that when things are busy mistakes unfortunately happen and we do our best to make them right on the spot but race is never a factor in how we treat our customers, we expect our staff to treat everyone with the respect they deserve. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Always phenomenal. Best custard in the USA. Service is always amazing. They love what they do. 5 stars across the board!

Introduced to this place by some regular customers. The custard is amazingly smooth and rich and the speed that I got my order at was incredible.
