I tried their food truck while they were in Tokyo for the American Festival. They were the only place still serving food after every other stall had sold out, yet the staff maintained smiling faces and continued churning out sandwiches despite a line 40 people deep. The sandwiches were lightly toasted with a little lard in a press. The pork shoulder was the standout feature, offering a very tender texture, complemented by a few thin slices of pickles and well-melted cheese. While the sandwiches might not have received the full attention they usually deserve due to the high volume, it was a great meal on a nippy night, further elevated by the fantastic service Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I didn't try the restaurant but I tried the food truck at the Nagoya Porktober fest. As soon as I saw "pulled pork" sandwich on the sign I had to jump in the queue. I was not disappointed! The meat was tender and juicy and melted in my mouth. I don't like cucumbers that much but the pulled pork was so good it made the cucumbers taste amazing. It was so good I went back again the next day for another sandwich Thank you for letting me eat delicious cuban sandwiches! Food: 5
