Prepared daily with fresh local ingredients, our menu features wood-fired pizzas and calzones (from classic Margherita to Diavola) and homemade pastas like Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, Mezze Maniche all’Amatriciana and alla Gricia, Lasagne, and Gnocchi. Enjoy Roman starters like Bruschette, Burrata e Alici, and Carciofo alla Romana, or savor grilled steaks (Filetto, Tagliata di Manzo, Bistecca), Saltimbocca alla Romana, and fresh seafood like grilled sea bass, salmon, and fried calamari.
