Our 1st time here, we ordered some specials. $15.99 for a tofu soup and a side dish of deep fried fish and Banchan. You get a smaller portion of tofu soup compares to the non-special. Non-special tofu you don't get the deep fried fish with it. We are pretty satisfied with the foods and services. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

First, the menu was confusing and the descriptions were misleading. The bulgogi served with the lettuce wraps was a bit bland but passable. However, two dead flies, one large and one small, were stuck to the lettuce, completely killing my appetite. When I finally mentioned this, they brought new lettuce wraps, but those also had a small dead fly on them. The cold noodles arrived as salty noodles in a soup that was essentially undiluted Japanese soba dipping sauce poured to the brim. In Japan, this sauce is typically served in a small bowl on the side. I was disappointed since I ordered it expecting authentic Korean cold noodles, and it was clearly abnormal even as Japanese soba. after leaving the restaurant, I noticed they had changed their name to something other than Da Rae. They seemed to have placed a very thin cloth with their new name over the Da Rae neon sign, but I didn't notice because it was nighttime. The menu had changed at this non-Da Rae restaurant, so I couldn't confirm prices, but I recall cold noodles being under $20, and bulgogi with wrapped vegetables under $30. At checkout, they charged $57, so it's highly likely they added a 10% surcharge, as mentioned in other reviews. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant's attitude. I hope Google notices the issue and updates the information soon, reducing the number of people who experience the same disappointment. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This restaurant changed their name to Top Sot Soon Tofu. Their menu has changed totally, not as good as before, lot less dish variety. Their banchan were disappointing, no kimchi, no fishcake, no jap chae anymore. They also no longer offer our ultimate favorite : Galbi combo which includes Soon dubu jjigae (Tofu stew soup). They now also silently include 10% tip in every receipt without our permission, hoping customers won't read the fine print and double tipping. Absolutely won't be back again.
