Have come here a few times with others and doing door dash here today. All doors locked HOURS before posted lobby hours are closed with no sign communicating at all. Have been here before with THIRTY MINUTE wait times for simple orders with plenty of employees inside while they just sit around and stare doing nothing or talking to eachother. On top of that they cant even get a simple blizzard flavor right. We pull up to the drive thru and they said they cant take our order for 15 minutes. We tell them we have a doordash and its instantly able to be worked on. Ridiculously stupid and lazy work ethic around here. Miracle this place is open in this condition

All tables dirty, trash cans full, 20 minute wait just to order and we were 2nd in line inside. Employees were considerate, professional. Need more staff ASAP. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I've never in my life had a single restaurant consistently mess up my order every single time I've had the misfortune of craving their food, or at least what it used to be. Every single time I ask for a drink with soft serve, they don't put it in. A misty freeze? I'll get a slush. A lemonade cooler? Just a sickly sweet lemonade. Doesn't help that every time I ask the staff politely to fix the issues, they give me attitude. It's ALWAYS night shift too, any other shift has been relatively fine. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
