I have had multiple bad experiences here in the past month. To begin none of the employees put their hair up which is unsanitary and none of the employees wear gloves. I wait on line for at LEAST 30 minutes every time. And an additional 10 minutes for them to just make the order when I am only ordering one item. There is no sympathy offered to any customers and the employees are actually VERY rude, unfriendly, and SUPER unprofessional. There is simply no point in choosing this store over the others nearby (emerson or wyckoff). To top it off they mess up my order every time. DO NOT GO HERE!

I go out of my way to visit this location even though it's further away. The feeling of community and care everyone puts in makes a world of difference. Just bought a birthday cake the same day for my friend because they're so reliable.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when upon entering this establishment. I haven't really had good experiences with trying new icecream places. But not only was this locations Dairy Queen clean the icecream was beyond my expectations I will post 2 pictures that I took while at the store. I ate a simple vanilla cone with Rainbow sprinkles. My best friend and I loved it! We will definitely be back. Thank you for our great experience
