I booked a birthday cake to be made and delivered to a hotel in Silema where I was staying for a 70th birthday treat on 16th February with three friends and I arranged with the lovely Silvana to have a cake made and delivered to my own required specifications All went as smoothly as clockwork and my birthday cake was not only was shared and eaten over a couple of days with my friends but also some of the hotel staff who had sourced and found out this gluten free gem of a place, for me, and what a delicious gem it turned out to be. I also found the bakery whilst walking around the town but sadly it was closed fir the day I cannot thank Silvana enough for making birthday getaway really special- the cake was to die for and I wish you had a shop near where I live in England. It was as light as air and absolutely Devine. Thank you again from myself and everyone who had a piece of my special birthday cake x My last birthday cake was when I was 40 years old, so well worth the 30 year wait x Dietary restrictions: The best gluten free cake EVER, that was so light and not stodgy that I have ever had x It’s worth a flight to Malta just to collect a special cake!
