I was floored by the quality of the ingredients and the sophistication of the cooking. Signature sweetbreads barbecued accompanied by yuzu kosho - phenomenal. The other dishes were also masterfully prepared. I love this approach to cooking: it is showing off the season and technique is certainly working on the highest levels but the menu still manages to be vibrant and playful. Service was warm and attentive of course and the setting outside on a cool summer evening… unforgettable. Essential to revisit. Nice setting on a pleasant evening with most tables outside . The food is creative, well presented and good. We all enjoyed our dishes. Service was friendly , I was less convinced by the sommelier who tried to convince me that the 2023 Mas a Tierra pinot noir I ordered and found cloudy and slightly fizzy was true to it's normal character. I found it unpleasant and can't believe it would be rated 4.1 on vivino if every bottle tasted like the one we had. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €70–80

At Dandelion, the kitchen is operating at a level of "perfection" rarely seen outside the pantheon of Guy Savoy or Apicius. The Escargots de Touraine offered an insane contrast between silky potato and peppery cress, while the Langoustine was somptueux, paired with a raifort cream and white asparagus that had the refreshing crunch of daikon. The Barbue with anchovy and barba di frate was technical bliss, but the Sweetbreads stole the night—unbelievably tender and a revelation even for a first-timer. Unfortunately, the front-of-house failed to frame this brilliance. Despite our table not being ready upon arrival—forcing a wait at the bar—and an initial order error, the service felt relentlessly hurried. We were rushed through starters and mains in a mere hour, with staff interrupting every two minutes, making relaxed conversation impossible. While the offered langoustine was a kind gesture for the mix-up, the pressure of being the last guests overshadowed the chef’s genius. Excellent food, but the pacing was a frantic disservice to the plate. NOTE, if the wine list if amazing, tbf, the price range is moving on small selection of 40-60 (already pricey for the 75020) to insane prices 500+. It's clearly a restaurant for 'bitro ricains and NYC'. Not the prices for locals, but that's the way the area of 'place de la reunion' is turning.
