I had a sandwich from DB’s shortly after they opened and had been dying to experience their dinner service and it was great. I loved the vintage cozy vibes and it was fun to sit at the counter seating overlooking the first floor from upstairs. Bread service was great, like dessert for bread. The gnocchi was so good and rich. The caesar salad was very light and flavorful. The creamed kale was a pleasant surprisingly good side option, as well as the potatoes. I got the triple chocolate tart then a chocolate chip cookie to-go for a snack at an event we were attending since Taylor our server mentioned that as one of her faves, and omg. I’m pretty sure the chocolate chip cookie is the best I’ve ever had, highly recommend and now I feel like I’m going to be getting those for treats for friends to try. Fun neighborhood date spot for a high quality, yet chill vibe. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place looked super cute and I was excited to try it! But was pretty shocked I ended up paying $16+ for only a chicken salad sandwich. The Focaccia bread is homemade so I can understand a bit, but it just feels way too pricey for a neighborhood deli. I was also a bit underwhelmed with their carryout snack/drink selection. Not much other than wine and expensive "healthy" junk food alternatives. Interested to see how this spot evolves overtime! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Danny Boy Restaurant We’ve now been to Danny Boy twice and both times we left super impressed! This place is a gem. The retro build-out is fantastic—it creates such a cool, nostalgic vibe that perfectly matches the energetic and knowledgeable staff. Everyone working there is genuinely enthusiastic, friendly, and clearly loves what they do. They know the menu inside and out and are happy to make recommendations. What keeps us coming back is the rotating menu. There’s always something new and exciting to try, so every visit feels fresh. The food has been consistently excellent both times. Dan has created other masterpiece. Pro tip: Make sure to take the time to walk upstairs and check out the space up there—it’s worth it! If you’re looking for great food, fun atmosphere, and top-notch service, Danny Boy is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
