Décimo is one of those places where you end up staying much longer than you planned. Located on the 10th floor, it offers spectacular views over London, making it a fantastic spot for sunset or an evening out. The concept blends Mexican and Spanish influences, but what really stood out to me was the amazing vibe. The décor is stylish and vibrant, the atmosphere feels effortlessly cool, and in the evening the DJ creates an energetic yet sophisticated setting that works equally well for drinks or dinner. The margaritas are excellent, and if you’re into Mexican spirits, you’ll appreciate the impressive selection of mezcal, tequila, sotol, raicilla, and other agave distillates. It’s one of the best selections I’ve seen outside Mexico. Service was consistently warm and professional, and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout the evening. If you’re looking for a place with great cocktails, beautiful views, outstanding ambience, and a memorable night out in London, Décimo is absolutely worth a visit. Another gem of a restaurant. There's something to this place. You feel the joy right from the entrance. It's luxurious, class, romantic, relaxing. Also the food was amazing. The staff are friendly and professional and we were attended to all the time we were there. The diner is on the 10th floor with great view of the city. It's not an open terraced floor. You can't go wrong choosing this place as your next romantic dinner spot, just ensure to book a table ahead and let them know your occasion, then let them do their thing! It's not cheap, but fully worth it. Definitely going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £80–90

Decimo at The Standard, London I recently visited Decimo at The Standard in King’s Cross and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in London. Located on the 10th floor of The Standard Hotel, the restaurant offers spectacular floor-to-ceiling views across the London skyline, including an incredible view of St Pancras Station. Even before reaching the restaurant, the iconic red external lift adds to the experience and makes the arrival feel special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and lively. The interior is stylish and contemporary, with a vibrant energy that makes it ideal for date nights, celebrations or simply enjoying a special meal with friends. The combination of music, city views and the buzz of the restaurant creates a fantastic setting without feeling pretentious. The food was exceptional. Decimo’s menu combines Spanish and Mexican influences, resulting in dishes that are full of flavour, beautifully presented and designed for sharing. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and the open-fire cooking adds a wonderful depth and smokiness to many of the dishes. Every plate that arrived at the table was packed with flavour and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Service throughout the evening was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain dishes and make recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, we never felt rushed and the team made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. What really sets Decimo apart is that it offers far more than just a meal. Between the stunning views, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and professional service, it feels like a complete experience. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has become one of King’s Cross’ most popular dining destinations. I would highly recommend Decimo to anyone looking for a memorable evening in London. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to an exceptional meal, this is a restaurant that delivers on every level.
