What a gem this pub is!! Wonderful atmosphere and staff and locals were all so friendly. The food was fresh and really well priced. We will be back. After some hours on the road I arrived at 'The Longhorn Bar & Grill' in Deepwater for my stopover. What a great choice that was, So much character and super friendly. The pub has an amazing history. I was introduced to Rick who runs the pub with his lovely wife Angela. Rick showed me where to free park for the night , if that wasn't enough....plug on here for your free power too, mate. Wow! Talk about Southern hospitality! There are toilets and showers available and also washing a machine. Just to round off this wonderful overnight stay, the food at dinner was fantastic. Check out the size of my tender steak dinner, cooked to perfection with garden fresh vegetables. An excellent choice for an overnight ! ***** Service: 5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
