Drove up to the drive-thru at 7:30 a.m on 5/05/2026, and the person taking the order couldn’t understand what I was saying. She had a thick accent, but no big deal. I told her I would walk in instead. Maybe that offended her—I couldn’t tell—but when I walked in, the person in the kitchen walked away toward the back as I approached the counter. I said good morning, and they ignored me and continued walking. They both saw and heard me. I stood there for 10 minutes. Nothing. The kitchen started beeping, and an older woman came out to turn it off. She acknowledged me and told someone in the back that a customer was waiting up front. Still nothing. I kept standing there. It was early, no one at the drive-thru, no one in the restaurant. I left, understanding I was being ignored intentionally and running out of time for an appointment we were headed to. I don’t have an issue with English not being your first language. If you’re patient, I’m patient. I chose to walk in to ensure my order was taken accurately rather than struggle at the drive-thru. What’s upsetting is how this was handled. A customer adjusting to make things easier for both sides shouldn’t be met with silence and disregard. That response feels retaliatory, and it’s unacceptable. I came in ready to order and was left standing there as if my time didn’t matter. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What's the point of displaying a notice of open and closed hours if yo don't open the door to the restaurant? 4 out of five morning trips to this Del Taco we have been greeted by a locked door. This seems to be a fundamental business failure. Incredibly easy to remedy. We have been customers with this location for over 30 years. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
