We had to wait a while for a table, so we waited next door and got a lovely drink (best mocktail ever actually) and burrata snack. It was definitely worth the wait—we sat at the counter next to the pizza oven, and it was some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. We definitely recommend it!! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re searching for the best pizza in Seattle, this is the place. Absolutely incredible crust — perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside — with fresh toppings and amazing flavor in every bite. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about quality. Easily a 5-star experience and some of the best pizza I’ve had anywhere. Shadow of what it was 10-15 years ago, major disappointment in the oven department. Pizzas were fired so poorly and inconsistently for all tables. A month ago I had OK pizza, today our pies were 'half puffy and half flat crust on the edges' (they are not cooked equally, rookie mistake). No sight of a leopard-spotted crust like one expects from Neapolitan shop. (The pizza wasn't even circular, which is typically a rookie mistake.) Next table's crust was completely burned, another pie they got was not baked enough. I'll continue firing pizzas in my backyard ooni oven probably, I can't believe I actually make better pizza than Delancey which was once the best in Seattle. Also that romana pizza is purely salt, I'm suspecting the chef isn't trying it himself, because I also bake anchovy pizza at home and they are actually edible... 20% tip included automatically, another point of disappointment but also representative of Seattle's food scene.
