I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly from the start. We waited a long time, and when someone finally approached us to take our order, many dishes including the Tom Yum and ramen were not available. Despite waiting so long, the staff completely ignored us afterward. In the end, we decided to leave without ordering anything. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I would give 0 stars . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've had as a customer. The person answering the phone when i was making an order was so rude and lacked any form of manners. I was being very polite and just asked about online payment, and if there is another way to send them the receipt other than Whatsapp, but he replied with "tal3i Whatsapp wla ma3ndi mandirlek" and I was genuinely shocked and almost speechless at that moment, his tone and way of speaking was very unprofessional the whole phone call like he was talking to someone on the street. I ended up paying in cash but that was also the last time i planned to order from this restaurant, they lost a regular customer due to their poor attitude. I highly recommend customer service training for the staff. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
