Good afternoon. We are sorry that one of the items wasn't up to your liking. We don't not have a voicemail system becuase it would constantly be overrun. We wish you would have, instead of taking the time to write a review on here, just called in during our opening hours and we would have graciously taken care of it for you. We just double checked our machines and both flavors. Everything is up to snuff so not sure what happened. It does get busy and we do have a full dining room on top of call ins and the to go window. Unfortunately we only usually have one or two people making ice creams and the list to make can get extensive. Hope you try us again.
