Hello Juan! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful visit at our Alhambra location. Our team works hard to make America's Diner a welcoming place, and it means the world to us to hear your high praise for Luis and Maria. Luis's attentive service and Maria's amazing, welcoming management style truly represent the best of what we do. We will certainly pass along your wonderful compliments to both of them—they will be so happy to hear your feedback! Thank you for the glowing recommendation, and we will definitely keep an eye out for you the next time you stop by for a late-night bite! Best, Denny’s

Hello Mark! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you find the Alhambra Denny's awesome. It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the clean, neat, and cozy atmosphere we work hard to maintain. We are also glad the food was delicious and that Laura provided such top-tier service—she truly is one of our best! A huge thank you for mentioning Maria as well; having an amazing manager sets the tone for the whole team, and we are lucky to have her leading the way. We truly appreciate the high recommendation and cannot wait to see you again soon! Best, Denny's

Hello Grace, Thank you for the 3-star review! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the food—we take a lot of pride in our fresh burgers and those crispy onion rings, so it’s great to know they hit the mark for you. However, we sincerely apologize that the service from Hector didn't meet our usual standards. We agree that a great meal deserves great service to match, and we take your feedback about the lack of follow-up and the 'manager's fault' seriously. We’ll be using your review as a coaching moment to ensure our servers are better supported and trained to check in on our guests throughout the meal. We appreciate you calling out what we did right with the food, and we hope to provide a 5-star experience next time you visit us. Best, Denny's
