Just have to say, I come to this location a lot more than I’d like to admit. Not once have they gotten my order wrong. In my many visits I’ve noticed Kristi and Becky holding the place down like champions. They are personable and accommodating and do a wonderful job under pressure. The bread is always delicious and fresh. Thank you for the delicious lunch every time. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long time reviewer here, super motivated, sadly, to give a rare negative review. What has happened to the Rochester area DiBella's stores? Pretty consistently in the last couple of years - locations, especially the City Gate one, have been in decline. The staff, literally get something wrong with the order - every time. I'm sorry, but are the order takers high? Can the sandwich makers read? Hate to allege that but one has to wonder. For my meal today, they packaged the food in sloppy fashion and seemed sluggish and disinterested. It's sad to see. The local owners need to roll up their sleeves and get to work on quality control/management. This used to be a go to... heck, I'd happily take Subway and easily Jersey Mike's over this mess of an organization right now. Just brutal. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My two favorites are Godfather & Grilled Cheesesteak. Their bread is fantastic and so are the cookies! Lately I've gotten into the habit of picking up a DiBella's large sub at least once a week. I'll enjoy half of it right away and enjoy the rest of it later that day or the next! Dibella's subs are loved by my whole family. My son now in St Louis makes it a point to get DiBella's when he visits. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
