I came to Diamond Head with my Family this past Sunday, August 16th- and we got there at 6:45 PM. When we got there, I immediately realized the room is not super cold like they usually have it; and they were blowing around HOT air with two small blowing fans, again the air was HOT. When we got to the restaurant, my mom asked the person taking payments if there would not be AC - and they lied to her right in the face. We paid and our waitress seated us at the table they had open. We could see STEAM from the private seating area where we were sat coming from THE Buffet. Our waiter disappeared when we asked for waters and only gave us one straw and we asked for three. We went to the Buffet, and I felt like I couldn't even enjoy this place because they literally had NO AIR circulating the restaurant. Fried Foods , Chicken and sushi did not look appalling and appeared like it had been sitting in the Buffett for hours prior to us coming. Since there was no Air, I was more courteous with my choices but nothing was appalling and didn't necessarily hit the spot. The fruit looked like it was dried out and everything looked like it was sitting waiting for customers to eat but only stirred a couple times. The employees were all wearing long pants and said words after seating customers quietly and laughing. This place needs to be shutdown and take food temperatures on everything. If you do not have AC , you should not force your waitresses , hosts and drive through employees to work in it as well. Please don't go here unless you want to be hot while your eating hot food. I have been a loyal customer here for years, and it's not good to suffer dangerously high heat in a building. To say the least, service was mediocre at best , nothing there I really had to have . Please take heed, don't go here til it's not this way. Where's my refund? I want to see changes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Ordered sweet and sour chicken for takeout tonight. The portion size was excellent. The white meat chicken wasn’t overly breaded. The sauce had great flavor. It wasn’t that bright red, overly sweet stuff. My ONLY complaint was they forgot to include the rice in my order and I didn’t realize it until I got home after closing. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
