Several years ago, while camping in Virgin Valley, our dinner plans took an unexpected turn when our stove suddenly gave out. We drove into Denio, hoping to find something open and were lucky to stumble upon the Diamond Inn Bar. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and authentic. I ordered the burger, and it was outstanding! Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care. What really stood out was the house made sauce; it paired beautifully with the burger and could probably elevate anything on the menu. Even after all this time, that burger was stands out as one of the best. If you ever find yourself near Denio, do yourself a favor and stop by the Diamond Inn Bar. It’s absolutely worth it. Last year in April I was lost will late at night and didn't have a penny in my pocket I pulled into the diamond and bar I went inside and asked a man but I found out later was Jeff if it was something I could do to get something to eat because I didn't have any money in my boss left me hanging I had some equipment and I asked Jeff if maybe we can trade barter I'll do some grading work for something to eat maybe a couple sodas in a couple bucks much to my surprise he agreed read me the most Amish awesomest meatball sandwich you could ever eat along with two sodas told me I could sleep in this parking lot till the morning if I want to make a couple bucks and clean out the back of his and next to his bar which I did the next morning I cleaned up or all night I cleaned up and I wash my bobcat off this hose his dear wife came over the next morning as I was leaving and gave me fifty bucks to eat on till I got to Roseburg Oregon you can never meet the most nicest people in the whole world they open their hearts their doors their kitchen to me with this I like to say God bless them there the most awesomest people you could ever meet Jeff and his wife I'll be going back to you there in a couple weeks and I'm sure going to stop I'm going to buy the whole house around God bless Japanese diamond bar respectful youth David roan horse
