A upon walking in no welcome and nobody was in there and as I’m looking at the menu the 2 ladies just looked at me and kept doing whatever they doing but I didn’t pay that to much attention. Now I got a two meat meal with baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Now the brisket was very tough and hard to pull apart with my teeth and the ribs came with no sauce. Yes they were dry and tough not a good look and before I could think if I wanted to tip the lady was saying no tip as if I wasn’t going to. Check them out for your own experience and don’t go off mines, Be blessed. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Ribs, Mac & Cheese

Took my Internet order and when I arrived the door was locked and tapping on the door only got me a motion from behind the counter that they were closed. They charged my card and I have nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. On another visit I had the ice tea and it had the taste of mold in it. That happens when they save the left over tea from day to day and just add some fresh tea to the exiting left over tea. Truly disappointed and I will not be returning to that location. Closing EARLY is and not coming to the door to communicate is unacceptable. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

We've seen Dickey's Barbecue Pit a number of times in the Dania Point shopping center, but we decided to give it a shot when we were looking for a quick dinner spot before dropping off one of our friends at FLL airport. Dickey's is located towards the front of the Dania Point shopping center with plenty of free parking behind the restaurant. We walked in and were greeted immediately and walked up to the counter and placed our order. We all ordered the two meat plate (you place your meat choices first). This came with two sides and bread for $14.25. I ordered the brisket, pulled pork, fried okra and waffle fries. The pulled pork was really tasty, brisket was mostly fat, and the fried okra was moderately good along with the fries. I would definitely say get the pulled pork, it was probably the best on the menu. BBQ was decent for quick serve BBQ restaurants and the birthday cake rice crispy dessert special ($3) was outstanding as well! Recommend giving them a try if you're in the area, but wouldn't travel out of my way to give them a try.
