I read the Google reviews but decided to try it anyway. Ordered a Beef and Cheese baker (baked potato) which was large but no cheese. Dry potato and beef, thank goodness they have BBQ sauce! Oh, and what's up with this bread brick? First and last time, not impressed!

The food here is good, but I was not happy with my experience. Went in to order food to go, and during my order the lady at the cash register "Roee" leans over and says something into her phone, which was leaning up against the wall pointed towards the cash register, face out. I looked over at it and noticed she was on Facebook live while I was ordering...... seriously? I just stared at her and she leaned back over into the phone and said "bye" and got off the live feed, and I finished my order. I just don't know why you need to be on Facebook live while you're working at a restaurant..... I don't need restaurant employees recording me for their own Facebook page. Not sure I'll be returning to this location.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Read the other reviews too, it's not just me! I've been eating at various Dickey's around DFW for 25+ years and I love it. This location in Southlake is having major problems. I think it's changed ownership a number of times recently. Food is horrible, very dry meat, sides are nasty and very poor quality. Tiny plastic cups for the BBQ sauce which is nearly boiling hot! WTF? Bread on sandwich fell apart right away. Ice cream was like soup, and it was only 75 degrees today. Cones were very stale!! Tables were not cleaned off quickly, lots of dirty tables. I used to come here 5 years ago with me twin boys because it's right down the street. Never again!
