The food was excellent but if you’re going to charge that much, you can’t let young children run free all over the restaurant. It is hard to enjoy your food when a child isrepeatedly popping balloons. Too loud. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Update: provided an unusable email address to follow up. Nice! Disappointed with how a bill discrepancy was handled. I requested the bill, and received a tablet showing the payment screen instead. Upon paying, I texted myself the receipt, only to find an error (double charged for an item upgrade). Despite bringing this up to the server and what appeared to be the manager (who really knows), the charge was not modified. I know how the Toast backend works. It would’ve taken 30 seconds to make this right. Instead, between this overcharging and ridiculous credit card surcharge (welcome to 2026), here we are. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had a really enjoyable experience at Diego and liked the relaxed atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The restaurant has a lively but comfortable feel that works well for both casual meals and evenings with friends. The menu includes a variety of flavorful dishes with plenty of options to choose from. I ordered one of the recommended entrées and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and well-seasoned everything tasted. The presentation was simple but appealing, and the portion size was more than enough for a satisfying meal. I also enjoyed the side dishes, which complemented the main course without overpowering it. The flavors were balanced and had just the right amount of seasoning. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the visit. They checked in at the right times and made sure everything was going smoothly. I never felt rushed, which made the meal more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere that made it easy to relax. I thought the prices were fair for the quality and quantity of food. There was a nice energy in the restaurant without it becoming too noisy or uncomfortable. Overall, Diego provided a satisfying meal and good service in a welcoming environment.
