We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We take feedback seriously, especially as a locally owned independent restaurant where every guest experience matters deeply to us. That said, your review is very much contrary to the overall experience most of our guests have at Dilly. The overwhelming majority of our feedback is actually sent to us directly and internally, and thankfully it is overwhelmingly positive. We know we’re not perfect, but we work extremely hard every day to provide good food, good service, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We also always encourage guests to bring concerns to our attention while they’re still at the restaurant. That gives us an opportunity to address the issue in real time and try to make things right. A one star review after the fact leaves no room for conversation or correction, and can have a very real impact on small independent businesses like ours that are working hard to survive in an increasingly difficult industry. We appreciate all feedback, positive or negative, and we’ll continue doing our best to serve our community the right way.
