The service felt relaxed and pressure-free, which I really appreciated. The food tasted good overall, although unfortunately they didn’t have durian puffs. Prices are definitely on the expensive side. With how much everything has gone up, the days of comfortably enjoying dim sum at the prices we remember from ten years ago seem to be long gone. Tea was provided, and the overall experience was pleasant. It’s not cheap, but you don’t need to order too much to have a satisfying meal. Overall, I’d give Dim Sum Express 4.5 out of 5. Good food, comfortable service, and I’d come back again when I get the chance. Just stopped by here and pleasantly surprised how good the food we picked was. Steam bbq pork bun, steam custard cream bun, steamed shrimp dumplings, and pan fried turnip cake. We were also greeted immediately by a pretty and kind young lady with a mole, who also checked on our dining experience. Recommend and looking forward to coming back. Dimsumking Express never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I especially want to highlight Tiffany, who made the experience even better. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal!
