Really poor first experience this morning. 3 staff members. yet we waited a considerable amount of time for 2 coffees. It took around 10 minutes after placing the order for the coffees to be made. And that they were left sitting on the counter until I went and asked about our order. A staff member was crouched down under the counter at this point which was a little odd. It appeared that texting and chatting took priority over customers. Waiting almost 15 minutes in total for 2 coffees is unacceptable when there were only 4 customers in total in the cafe. The coffee, when it arrived, was delicious but the service has put me off returning. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Little gem of a café. The service is delightful, friendly helpful people. The chai and pumpkin spice lattes are delicious and large. The honeycomb hot chocolate is brilliant. The food we had was high quality and well priced and served rapidly. I misordered (forgot to ask for decaf) and it was replaced free of charge, very kind, thank you Diod. The café caters for vegan, veggie, gluten free and dairy allergies, just let the staff know. All that and we only spent just over £10 per head. The café is a pleasant place to spend time, nice atmosphere, very clean. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: They will cater for you
