On our way from Mississippi going home to Texas, we heard about this local spot and stopped by to check it out Barmaid Trish was so friendly. Patrons were very friendly and welcoming. They shared life stories and fed us too. John Fontenot, owner and creator of WHO’S YA DADDY Cajun Seasoning, gave us a can of his awesome seasoning These TEXAN AMERICANS will definitely stop by again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can not say enough good things about this fun bar! We ran into a local who was also from NYC, where I am from. Susan, the whole bar crowd and the owner were super welcoming of us. We are in a motorhome, stayed 1/2 mile away at the Blue Heron campground and found this place on a Google search. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and have a cold one. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere is comfortable, the customers are friendly and owner/bartender Charlie is super ... The "Dirty Rice Bar" is a "Run-A-Way Bill" Favorite bar and recommended ...
