Highly unimpressed with the service I got from Belinda at the service desk today. She is rude, dismissive in her tone and lacks a sense of urgency. Too familiar and doesn't respect your time as a client. I stood there 9 months pregnant, waiting for her to trace a receipt number for me while she took her sweet time, answering the phone in between, attending to those requests all while I waited. When I asked her how much longer she'd be, she rudely said I should go sit on the bench outside the store if I was tired. I felt utterly disrespected by this comment and it's a pity because I always get good service from Dischem Village Mall.

The buying experience is great. There are 2 nurses 1 black (young), 1 white (older) both are stars. They are more the great give them a raise if possible.

Nice pharmacy, nice helpful staff at the shelves. Tellers not so hot, mostly sour faced dowdy personas. Maybe they are underpaid? The stock is rural, they sell the generalities, exotics that the big town Dischem,s stock you will not find here. The pharmacy for prescription section per sae is great never had an issue there.It is bigger and better for variety than the local Clicks. All in all it is Dischem as most people know Dischem, nothing more.
