Wow! What a local gem! Everything was truly lovely, such a great evening! Our waiter Zac/h/k was so kind and really made our experience really enjoyable. He made sure to talk to us about all the menu options and gave us time to enjoy the restaurant and the food in between checking on us. The starters- calamari was so good and the sauce was incredibly delicious. The burrata salad was SO yum! I love the beets. We had the short rib and salmon and both were so good! Very tender and with delicious sauces. The potato purée was soooo perfect with it too! We shared the crème brûlée texture was off but of course, still delicious! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I purchased a smoke house burger w/ fries and a soda 18.70 is was good nothing special. Waited over thirty minutes, due to the kitchen being very busy. There was only four customers total in the restaurant with me..... Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We've eaten dinner at District Bistro twice, and both times it has been outstanding. The food is delicious and the quality is excellent, plus great service and a lovely, cozy atmosphere. This charming little restaurant is definitely punching above it's weight, and it's a treasure to have it right here in Wheaton!
