Hi Juan! Thank you so much for being a regular, we really do appreciate you and your continued support. Your feedback is really important to us - we had a team meeting this afternoon and discussed this matter in detail so we can improve! Sometimes, certain tasks like the fryer have to be put on a timer, so our employees start the first step of the process, do other tasks until the timer goes off, then continue to the next step. I've asked them to focus solely on the task at hand in order to be as efficient as possible.
