Dolce Caffe is the best Italian Restaurant in Reno! All of the bread, pastries, pasta, anything with flour is from Italy sourced from Russia and won’t upset your stomach if you are sensitive or intolerant to gluten (not for Celiac). You will be salivating from the moment you walk in! Everything is made with love and care that you taste in every bite. The wine list is impeccable and Claudio does a great job pairing with whatever dish you order. Everyone on staff is super friendly, the owners are engaged and making sure everything is top notch and creating relationships with customers. The ambiance is wonderful with umbrellas during the day and beautiful string lights at night on the patio. Lots of greenery and comfortable seating inside & out. The AC is perfect temperature inside and Al Freaco outside. It’s a great cozy spot whether you bring a partner or date yourself. It’s not just a restaurant it’s where you feel at home like family. Best NA Aperol Spritz I have ever had! Overall amazing everything! Loved the food, the owners, the employees. We come here often for breakfast, but this was a first for dinner and it did not disappoint. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in

It was a rough night for Dolce. The a/c was out and it was hot inside the restaurant. I don't think they did enough for the customers or the employees. It looked like they rented one fan to take care of the whole restaurant, including the kitchen. Even if there were some i didn't see, it wasn't enough. I ordered a glass of wine, but it was too warm to drink. The food took extra long to get to the table which added to the pain. The waitress didn't come back to the table in between taking our order and us complaining about the wait. It might have helped to have had another glass or two of something cool. It was a rough night for the restaurant and they ultimately failed. I didn't mention the food as of yet, but things didn't get better there. Over-priced for mediocre food and poor service. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $20–30

Dear Mr. Scott Sigstad, we are kindly informing you that review is in error since you have confused Dolce Caffe with the actual restaurant you ate at which is Madein. Madein is located next door to us. We are not affiliated in any way, shape or form with that dining establishment. We were aware that their AC was not working. In fact, we had customers come over to eat at Dolce Caffe because of that issue. We our currently only serving dinner on the patio unless our patrons prefer to sit inside. Also, all of our wines are kept at 55 degrees Fahrenheit in our wine cooler. We understand that this was an honest mistake due to the proximity of the two restaurants. We kindly ask that you remove the negative review towards Dolce Caffe and address your important feedback with Madein. That being said, we cordially invite you to make a reservation at Dolce Caffe and enjoy the "al fresco" atmosphere with great jazz music, our great selection of Italian wines, our awesome menu and of course, great desert options. Our staff has been lauded on a consistent basis for our hospitality as indicated on our reviews and return patronage.Once again, thank you in advance for removing the review intended for Madein.
