Dear Cheryl,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear that your dinner didn’t meet your expectations — we know how disappointing it is when a meal feels plain or underwhelming. That’s not the impression we want to leave, especially on a first visit. We do appreciate you giving us another shot with breakfast, and we hope it changes your mind. If there’s ever anything specific you’d like to see or if your next visit isn’t up to par, please don’t hesitate to let us know at dollysburgersandshakes.com/contact — we’re always listening and eager to improve.Sincerely,Dolly's
