Went for our anniversary celebration. Appetizer was excellent. Dessert was excellent. Service was excellent. Main course for me was baked arrabiata. It was not great. The salt level was far too high and drowned out the flavors in the dish. Left me badly parched later that night. My wife had the lasagna which she enjoyed. Would probably go back but wouldnt be a first choice. Meal and beverages were reasonably priced. So almost a very good experience. But a little dissapointing. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $50–60 Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Greg, thank you for spending your anniversary with us — congratulations to you and your wife! We're thrilled the appetizer, dessert, and service were excellent, and that she enjoyed her lasagna. I'm truly sorry the baked arrabiata missed the mark; an over-salted plate is not what we want sending anyone home, and I've passed your note straight to our kitchen to tighten up the seasoning on that dish. They hit you with a surprise kitchen appreciation fee. That is so wrong. Don’t go there. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Hi Steve — thanks for the feedback, and sorry the charge caught you off guard. The kitchen appreciation fee is a small percentage that goes directly to our back-of-house team, who don't share in tips. We'd rather be upfront about it than bake it into menu prices, and we're happy to remove it for anyone who asks. We're adding clearer language to the menu so no one is surprised again.
