There were only a few sausages on my pizza, I didn't get my dipping sauce, and the lady at the window was clearly having a bad day. A guy told saw me waiting & alerted her I was there & she rolled her eyes and took a long time to waddle over to the window. They forgot to give me my dipping sauce the previous time, & there should've been a note in the system, but she said there wasn't, so I told her that was fine for now & I would just purchased one & she just walked away & I assumed she was going to get the sauce. I sat in the window & waited on her for about 3 minutes & rang the bell & she just pretended I wasn't still in the window. So, I called the store, while sitting at the window, she answered the phone, and I told her I was the lady sitting in the drive-thru window that she was standing there staring at. I finally purchased my sauce & I let her keep the change. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First off, I’m leaving this review to give special recognition to one of the managers who worked on the afternoon of 4/12/26. I love this Dominos and order from here all of the time but recently I have noticed they are really struggling with staffing issues. I went in yesterday afternoon around 3ish to 1 manager working the entire floor by herself. She was making every single order by herself that came through and answering every phone call and helped every person that came in through the door, by herself. I walked in a little bit after 3 and just let her know I had a pick up order and she instantly got a little emotional because she hadn’t had the time to start making my order yet. She explained to me that she was there completely alone (besides delivery driver running orders) and that she was supposed to leave at 3 but no one showed up to relieve her. I was super understanding and I was not in a rush what so ever. I felt bad for her. Absolutely no one should be working the entire floor by their self. She even stayed. Most people I know in this industry would walk right out. This woman stayed on the floor and continued to make every single order one by one and cranked them out. My order was also accurate, fresh, and hot despite her working under the amount of stress she was under. I really wish I would have gotten her name but she deserves to be recognized for her perseverance and hard work. Dominos needs to do something ASAP to help this location and their employees. Waited over an HOUR for a medium pizza to be delivered. I called up the place and the guy said the delivery driver was leaving now. 30 minutes go by and still no pizza. My house is literally TWO minutes from this store. And this is why I NEVER order from Domino's pizza. Marcos pizza has better deals and better tasting pizza anyways so, they'll just get my business from now on.
