After a long day on the water, we didn’t feel like cooking dinner & decided to order a pizza from Domino's Pizza on Bay Ridge Road, Annapolis. We were told ~25 minutes for delivery, and after cutting some slack in case they were busy, called an hour later for a status check – only to be told it was delivered 45 minutes earlier. The doorbell never rang, there was no knock on the door – no indication of delivery. Upon opening my front door, I found our pizza, cold & with ants crawling over it. I asked to talk to the manager & waited another 10 minutes before the driver got on the line & claimed he had dashcam video of me accepting the pizza. When I called out the dashcam video as a lie, he eventually claimed they are not allowed to ring the doorbell or knock on doors because customers don’t like that. I also asked him to describe the house he delivered to, and he noted a front porch that had two chairs on it – which we do not have. I don’t appreciate being called a liar & I don’t appreciate being lied to. This store will never get another order from me. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
