There was a small mix-up with our order, but GM Tiffany stepped in right away and completely turned the situation around. She handled everything with such calmness and professionalism—listening carefully, apologizing sincerely, and making sure we felt heard and valued as customers. Her approach to conflict resolution was impressive; she didn’t just fix the issue, she made sure the entire experience ended on a positive note. Tiffany went above and beyond by quickly correcting the order and keeping us updated throughout the process. Her attitude was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. To top it off, she gave us brownies—and they were absolutely delicious! It was such a thoughtful gesture that really showed how much she cares about customer satisfaction. Their service was ok. But what I didn't like was when they manually entered my card number in their system. Another Domino's Pizza did it and I felt unsafe. Please fix this
