Ordered from here on 5/29 and this is what I got then the pizza was delivered. Like what even is this! They do not EVER have to worry about me using their location again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just placed and order this evening online. I was charged, but when I arrived at the store the team/so called manager said they didn't see my order and gave me a customer service number to call. I’ll be filling a complaint against this location tomorrow morning. I asked for his manager and he stated he's not at liberty to give out that information, instead he gave me a 1-800 number. He continued to make other food orders without gloves on while and so did other team members handling dough.I even mentioned calling county cops to rectify the situation, he said go ahead and turned his back. He was very passive about resolving my issue. I showed him the charge on my card and where I made the order. He completely ignored me and was very passive aggressive about rectifying the issue. Even with proof of the error he didn't care. He stated he was the manager and didn't want to share the owners information with me to escalate. Needless to say I had a charge on my card that I had to dispute and I'll never order from there again. The young manager has no customer service recovery, or is even aware of customer service skills. I think he needs management training. When a customer shows you proof that they paid and ordered at the correct location you should at least verify and not dismiss them. I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and, as always, had a great experience. The Domino's associates are consistently kind and respectful, ensuring that every interaction is pleasant.The ordering process is straightforward, and my pizza is usually ready on time. As for the pizza itself, it was delicious as usual. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, Domino's continues to deliver excellent service and high-quality pizza. Highly recommended!
