This review is strictly about the service that I received or lack thereof and the lack of care, in addition to the lack of effort that was experienced. To keep this review from being five pages long I will say this l: I went into the Towson location to ask the price of a small pepperoni pizza and was given a number over 15 dollars which is outlandish. When I said that seems a bit high the response I received was a blank stare followed by quote "okay" Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was double charged for a pizza. When I was told to call back tonight if not resolved, GM Michael was argumentative, unprofessional, petty and hyper. The disrespect he displayed as THE store leader is atrocious. He finished by hanging up on me unfortunately for him. I have grown children older than him. As if. This child acted poorly and demonstrated no leadership skills. This location was improving but any pizza money I spend will go somewhere else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

This place is more than worthless for so many reasons. 1. You MUST order online there is no phone which I find stupid beyond words. Not everyone has a computer or smart phone Domino's ASSUMES we all have access to.. 2. Domino's employees do not answer their phone when you do call by phone. 3. In order to get the thin crust you must order using an app on someone's smart phone. 4. After all this grief the food arrived cold and unappetizing. If online and smart phones are the only way to access tour menu offerings then you deserve to go bankrupt. The Domino's web developers make some many assumptions you don't deserve to be in business. Matter of fact I don't feel that Domino's Pizza is a legitimate business because its website and apps discriminate against all who for whatever reason can't order via their lame systems. I say this as a disabled person for whom smart phone and web access are not easy to access. Domino's Pizza discriminates against those who aree older, disabled, mobility impaired, blind or any other issues that make phone communication vital. I guess Domino's does not care about those who fall outside of their narrow minded elitist website and smart phone technologies. After all this is said the food is not worth all the pain associated with getting it. Good food is
