Upon arriving at the establishment, the employee did not understand—or did not make an effort to understand—a simple request such as asking to see the menu. I then clearly specified the items I wanted: a pepperoni pizza, a spinach pizza with extra chicken, and parmesan bread. After placing the order, I waited approximately 20 minutes in my car and was then asked to wait an additional 15 minutes. When I arrived at my hotel and opened the food, I realized the order was completely different from what I had requested. Instead of the spinach pizza with chicken, I received a made-up chicken and tomato pizza. The pepperoni pizza was acceptable, but the bread was incorrect: I ordered parmesan bread and was given garlic bread instead, which was also excessively greasy. The quality of service was very poor. After a long day of work, it is especially frustrating to pay for a meal that is not what was ordered and does not meet even basic expectations of quality. I thoroughly enjoy this dominos every single time I go here. They are always speedy , especially considering the fact that you can go to lil ceasars and get 1 small pizza within maybe an hour, but can come here and have a pizza and pasta and cinnamon bites within 15 minutes. Not only that but they are also honest on how long it takes for your order. I went to make an order on the phone and after I made it the gentleman on the phone told me that it was gonna take maybe 25 minutes for my order because at that time they were super busy and I couldn't wait that long so I politely thanked him for his honesty and canceled my order. The pizza itself is always on point too, what I order is what I get, and they always have great attitudes. They are also always helpful to point out a way I can bundle my food to get a great deal on great food. My experience here is always too tier. Having said all that, this last time I went here, I think I got my best pizza from them yet. For whatever reason this pizza in particular was made to perfection. It was a simple medium pepperoni pizza, nothing to crazy. I immediately noticed the spectacular view of this pizza as I opened the box. It was cooked with a perfect toasting to it but not overcooked, I knew this pizza was going to smack. When I took my first bite it was better than I could have imagined. They have the perfect ratio of pepperoni with sauce and cheese that I have never had in my life. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had and it was just from a dominos. Thank you so much to whoever made the pizza I enjoyed. I ate the entire pie in one sitting without thinking about it. Shout out to the people at this place that care. In a span of 3 weeks, I spent over $600 and pizzas and hot wings and what not and I was severely disappointed in the condition of the pizza when we received it if I would have opened the box before I drove. I will not accept the pizza thin crust. Supposed to be crispy, it was saggy. And burnt. I don't know how you do that. Ingredients on one pizza should have been on the other. The only thing that I enjoyed was the parmesan hot wings. Domino's pizza in bastrop need to get their act together.
