Manager messed up my order asked if he could correct it an he refused I've gotten deliveries from them before that were also wrong more than once but didn't want to make a fuss at the time then I went in to order still something went wrong I also asked for a refund and again refused because of them I'll never order Domino's and stick to Papa John's an I also have a big friend group that agrees with this decision I say the best way to fix the situation is to get new management thanks for helping me with my decision on Domino's and to just enjoy the other affordable place Papa John's at least they own there mistakes and try to fix them Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the gold standard that I hold other Domino's pizzas at. This location always makes a solid pizza with plenty of cheese, toppings with the right balance of sauce. Easily the best pizza place in the Watertown Square area, and I tried them all (excluding gourmet places of course). I no longer live in that area and sadly the Waltham Dominos pales in comparison to the point where it's worth driving 15 mins to picking up at this location rather than get delivery from the local Dominos.
