FRUSTRATED AND FURIOUS CUSTOMER HERE!! This would be my first and last order for delivery option! Took 2 hours to get my order even though the store is 5 mins away! Got cold pizza and sides! Couldn’t reach the store as i was calling to check my order several times! There was no option to call the rider until the rider contact us first because YOU THE DOMINOS DID NOT PROVIDE ANY! IMPROVE YOUR APP AND SERVICE!! Build a proper app like other food chain company, you are not a small brand!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered for delivery at 6:30..until 8:45 the pizza is not delivered. I tried calling the store from 7:30 until the pizza was delivered no body ever answered the phone. Nearly 50 times the call was ended abruptly after 5 rings. No explanation was given to me when the pizza was delivered. The pizza simply placed near the gate without calling out to us in the house . Once arrived the pizza was cold as hell. No apologies, explanation was given to how late and unresponsive the delivery and service was . I demand explanation ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: RM 100–120 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
