First I want to personally thank GM, Nick Cielecki for his honesty and integrity. You see I came into the store to pick up my pizza order and forgot my cellphone on the counter. It was several hours before I noticed it was missing as I was visiting a dear friend. I in a panic to find my phone called the store and Nick said that he had it and was waiting for my call. In a world where your cellphone is tied to everything, he kept it safe for me. I can’t begin to express my sincere gratitude for his kindness and thoughtfulness to do the right thing. And I’d like to add that the pizzas that were made were perfect and delicious. You can’t beat their deals. I will be ordering again from this store because they’ve earned my trust and my tastebuds! Absolutely horrible service. These are their buffalo wings??? Why work there if you're not gonna do it right. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I'm so disappointed with this location.It's a coin toss with this place. Wrong order, an item ordered missing, too much cheese, undercooked pizza and parmasan balls.Really? When our order is done correctly we are very satisfied and look forward to that same experience, but when it's wrong it's so wrong.It's not our first,second, or even the third time complaining , this is the fourth. We are not nitpicking, nor are we snobs, just ordinary people who want a good experience, good food and a good price.This place needs to get their act together. I called to complain and the manager offered my money back or a free pizza. I wanted both she said can't do that, and I said FU.This is the end of our relationship with Domino's pizza of Lyons.
