Ordered 1 pizza and bread twist 17 was my total. The fact that they poured about 5 ounces of oil on my bread twist is crazy . It leaked through the box onto my sons shirt and pants onto my seat of the car . Now I need a car detail. The manager was very unprofessional. He shrugged his shoulder and said what you want me to do. Really how about reprimand your cook for putting a ridiculous amount of oil and causing damage to my car . Or remake the order. Who wants to eat oily bread that's not the way to make it. Now I have to pay for a car detail. My car will smell like garlic twist till the seat is detailed no consideration. Also they come out of the restroom with out washing their hands . Very disgusting. I just threw out the order . No I'm not over exaggerating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

When you place an order it estimates 25-40 minutes and sneakily after you place it they tell you it's busy and they are adding a few extra minutes, and then they add a another half hour

UPDATE: I don't know what they're putting in the water over at Domino's in Berwyn, but this place is operating at a level that NASA should probably study. First, let me give a shoutout to Dom, who kept me updated on my pizza like it was a mission to the moon. Every few minutes I was getting status reports. "Pizza in preparation." "Pizza in the oven." "Pizza quality check." I felt less like a customer and more like I was tracking Air Force One. I half expected Dom to call me personally and say, "Sir, your sausage pizza has entered the final approach pattern." And speaking of sausage… I need to recognize the true artist behind the masterpiece: Ted. Folks, Ted wasn't making a pizza. Ted was creating fine art. Every sausage piece was strategically placed with military precision and loving care. This wasn't some reckless sausage dump. No sir. Ted was back there treating each sausage like a prized chess piece, ensuring maximum flavor coverage and optimal cheese-to-meat ratios. I imagine Ted standing over the pizza whispering: "Easy now… that's perfect… beautiful… Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel, I have this large hand-tossed." The result? A perfectly cooked pizza that looked so beautiful I almost didn't want to eat it. Almost. By the second slice, I was nodding in approval like a judge on a cooking show. By the third slice, I was texting friends telling them they needed to witness Ted's sausage placement abilities for themselves. Dom kept me informed. Ted delivered the masterpiece. And I delivered absolutely zero leftovers. Pro Tip: Order the sausage pizza. Trust Dom. Believe in Ted. Respect the sausage placement. I stopped by Domino's Pizza thinking I was just grabbing a quick pizza… and instead I received what can only be described as a perfectly engineered pie of greatness. Let’s talk about this pizza. Cooked. To. Perfection. Not “pretty good.” Not “close enough.” I’m talking golden crust, cheese melted like it had a purpose in life, toppings perfectly balanced like a pizza symphony. Every slice looked like it came straight out of a commercial where they use fake glue to make it look good… except this was real life. And then… there’s Alex. I don’t know what training program Alex went through, but this man is operating at an elite level. I ordered some cheesy bread on the side, and when I say he made sure my bread was cheesy, I mean this wasn’t bread anymore — this was a full-blown cheese delivery system. I opened the box and just stared at it like, “Alex… you didn’t have to go this hard.” Cheese pulling like it’s trying to escape the box, perfectly baked edges, just the right amount of everything. I’m pretty sure Alex looked at my order and said, “We’re not just making food today… we’re making memories.” At one point I caught myself nodding after every bite like I was approving business decisions. Between the perfectly cooked pizza and Alex absolutely refusing to let me receive anything less than maximum cheesiness, this Domino’s is operating on a completely different level. Pro tip: Ask for Alex, trust the process, and prepare yourself — because this isn’t just pizza… this is a cheese-forward life experience.
