Beware! This Domino’s location is the worst. We have ordered pizza from them numerous times without issue until tonight. 90 minutes later and we still didn’t have our order (we chose delivery). Received a phone call from the store saying we were outside of their delivery zone, did we want to come pick it up. What? They put us on hold for 10 minutes without any remedy and then canceled our order completely. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Cloudy Mondays 4 месяца назад на Google

I have never had a bad experience from this location until today. I ordered a pizza and, like always, requested that the food be HANDED TO ME and for the delivery person to CALL ME when they arrive so I can open the door. I live in a building that is locked from the outside to anyone that doesn't live there. The delivery person left my food out on the stoop! I live in the city. Literally anyone can walk off with the food and other deliveries which is why I requested the food gets handed to me! I called the store immediately and they refused to give a refund and only offered a credit to the account. No, I want my money back on the card I paid for it with! They then offered a pizza remake instead. Why, so they next delivery person can leave it outside for the birds and thieves?? The fact that I tipped the order too and this is the service received?? I will NEVER order from here again. What the actual hell. Who just leaves a person's food outside? The Dominos website literally says that if you are not happy with your order, they will refund you and yet, I was refused a refund. A credit or pizza remake is NOT a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
