I usually always have a good experience with delivery or carryout, but today was my first time eating in, with two of my young children. We receive our pizza and plates (I didn't expect plates!) and sit down to eat. First box I opened looked good. Second box, something was amiss. It was the same toppings on the first pizza, but a different crust. The crust was correct, but it was supposed to be cheese. I double checked the receipt. Turns out, in my ordering rush, I ordered it wrong. I inform them and offered to pay, but the manager was so kind and comped it, even though it was MY fault. They offered a sticker to each of my kids, then pulled out a bucket of chalk and let them draw on the wall while we waited. I'm so thankful for their understanding. The pizza was delicious, as always. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just ordered 2 steak sandwiches. They were burnt. Hardly any meat. Asked for no pepper. Got peppers I have ordered from there before. Never had a problem. The guy that waited on me was very nice. I'm probably not going to order from them again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
