The manager, Lara, came in during a busy dinner rush while I was waiting. Before she arrived, the employee on duty told me he would take my order as soon as he had a chance. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes while he was clearly doing his best to keep up with the rush. Then Lara informed me that because my order had not already been taken, they would not be taking my order at all. Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating and unacceptable customer service experiences I've had. I sat there patiently while everyone else received their food, including my friends, and I was the only person left without anything. The employee helping customers was kind, apologized, and was clearly trying his best under difficult circumstances. The manager, however, handled the situation terribly. Refusing service to a customer who had already been waiting for 25 minutes is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of judgment and customer service skills. I would absolutely not recommend this place based on my experience. The employee deserves credit for being professional and apologetic, but management failed completely Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Abosultely the way it should be for a Domino's Pizza. The food and service was amazing. Pick up was amazing and fast. Employees were absolutely professional and friendly. I decided i would see how their delivery drivers were so I ordered delivery later on as well. The driver was quick, very polite worth every penny.
