Waited over an hour for the food even tho I leave 5 minutes away and when the food got here i opened my pizza to see this, I’ve ordered here multiple times and I will say it is usually very nice but I ordered a deep pan cheesy garlic pizza and what I got was a classic crust plan cheese pizza Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just read the reviews. They will offer you a free pizza with t&c s Who’d want one if you’ve already been shafted by them. Can’t believe they still operate. I thought franchises had minimum standards Price per person: $20–40

I ordered three pizzas for my family: Vegorama, Spicy Veg, and Spicy Paneer. Unfortunately, all three were missing key ingredients: Vegorama was missing feta cheese. Spicy Veg was essentially the same as Vegorama, with missing jalapeños, chili flakes, and spring onions. Spicy Paneer was made without sauce. When I raised this with the owner, I was told that these ingredients were out of stock. This should have been communicated upfront before preparing the order. To make matters worse, when I questioned the issue, the staff added excessive sauce to the paneer pizza, seemingly out of frustration after I pointed out the problem. The owner responded rudely, showed no customer service skills, and even challenged me by saying I could complain to anyone at Domino’s and nothing would happen. Eventually, when I pushed back, I was given a refund, but the behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and lack of professionalism. This outlet seriously needs better training and oversight to ensure basic customer service standards are met. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
