Arrived to collect my order after the app showed it was ready, only to be told the system wasn’t working and it was still being made — resulting in an extra ten-minute wait. Frustrating in itself, but what really disappointed me was the response when I flagged the issue. When I asked if any small goodwill gesture could be offered for the inconvenience, I was told no because “it would take too long.” That kind of dismissive response leaves you feeling like your time simply doesn’t matter. Been a loyal customer for a while but this experience has knocked my confidence in the service. Hopefully a one-off. Food: 4 Service: 1

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Domino's Pizza in Elephant and Castle, London, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the ordering process was seamless and efficient. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to customize my pizza exactly to my liking. The delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with generous toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. Additionally, the sides and desserts were equally as tasty, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Elephant and Castle. The service was top-notch, the food was fantastic, and the overall value for money was excellent.
