The most rude, unprofessional and absolutely inconsiderate group of people I have ever encountered. My order never came, and no resolution was offered offered. The woman who answered the phone used obscene and foul language. I was cussed like I had something wrong. I simply asked where my order was, it was over 2 hours late. I will NEVER order from Domino's again. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The branch acts like the customer's are a complete bother and obnoxious. Completely done.NEVER AGAIN will me or my family will this location or Domino's receive my money. Completely uncalled for and unwarranted. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Ordered at 9:21 PM (Order #1110) and waited nearly an hour and a half for my food, only to receive a notification that it had been “delivered” when it absolutely was not. I selected “hand it to me,” and I also have cameras on my property confirming that no delivery was ever made. When I called the store to resolve the issue, I was told they were about to close and then spoken to in a completely unacceptable manner. Instead of offering any help or even attempting to fix the situation, the employee responded with profanity and made it clear they had no intention of resolving a paid order that was never delivered. This wasn’t just a delay—this was being charged for food that I never received, followed by zero accountability and extremely unprofessional behavior by a lady that works at this location. If this is how orders are handled and customers are treated, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this location. We recently had a very disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza that I feel compelled to share. My husband (Jon Wilson) placed an order at 6:34 PM, and after what felt like an eternity of waiting, he became concerned about the status of the delivery. When he called Domino's to inquire about the order, he was met with silence on the line for a frustrating five minutes before anyone responded. After waiting for over an hour, he called back at 7:50 PM and finally reached a representative who informed him that the pizza would take another 30 minutes for delivery, which meant we would have been waiting nearly two in half hours in total. At that point, he decided to go pick up the order himself. Upon arrival, he asked the staff if we could receive a discount since the pizza had obviously been sitting for an extended period and was likely cold. The response he received was less than satisfactory. After processing the payment, the employee informed him that she had removed the delivery charge, as if that was a significant gesture. Of course, she did—because he had to pick it up himself!! Ultimately, he was offered a mere $4 discount, which hardly compensated for the inconvenience and poor service we had experienced. We finally were able to sit down and enjoy our microwaved pizza at 8:16pm. I included a time-stamped photo of the “Est Order Ready: 6:49pm” & the time we began eating. Given the lack of communication, the extended wait time, and the inadequate resolution to my concerns, I will not be ordering from Domino's again. This experience was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their service in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
